This Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions are provided as the Affiliate Program Operating Agreement (the "Agreement"), between AffiliNet ("we", "us") and you ("Affiliate"), the individual or entity submitting an application to participate in the AffiliNet Affiliate Program.

By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and all guidelines and requirements associated with our platform, campaigns, and clients.

1. Enrollment

To join, submit a completed application via our website. We will review your submission and notify you of acceptance or rejection within 2 business days. We may accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.

2. Promotion and Commissions

Upon approval, you'll receive access to trackable links, banners, and creatives. You’ll earn commissions for each Qualified Action, which must meet all outlined conditions. Payouts are processed weekly with a $100 minimum balance and a required 5-sale threshold.

3. Casino Campaigns

Our platform offers high-performing Casino and gambling-related offers. Affiliates may promote licensed online Casinos where legally permitted. Campaign rules may vary by GEO and must be followed strictly to ensure compliance and payouts.

4. Restrictions & Quality Control

Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activity, misleading marketing, spam, or use unapproved traffic sources. We reserve the right to withhold commissions, disable links, or terminate accounts due to policy violations, excessive refunds, or chargebacks.

5. Prolongation Model

Affiliates on the RevShare model may qualify for monthly residual payments ("Prolongation") if they reach 31+ sales/month. A dedicated manager can clarify percentage shares and conditions.

6. Legal & Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for following local laws related to gambling promotion, privacy, and consumer protection. Campaigns involving Casino offers may require disclaimers or country-specific disclosures.

7. Confidentiality

All non-public data, statistics, terms, and communications are confidential. You agree not to disclose or reuse this information outside of your participation in the program.

8. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate your participation with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease using all links and promotional materials.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

The Affiliate Program is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, data, or downtime. Commission calculations are final unless formally disputed within 15 days of issuance.

10. Final Terms

This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties. By continuing to participate, you accept any future updates we may post with prior notice.
